Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a 10-year, $25 billion dollar ceiling indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), administered by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and available to all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions.

SPARC provides end-to-end information technology solutions and offers many contractual advantages for Government buyers, including:

  • Cost: No administrative fee on Task Orders
  • Time: Shortened procurement lead-time
  • Technology: Agile, waterfall, and hybrid software methodologies
  • Sole Source: Available to Strategi for Task Orders under $4 million
