The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Ethics and Integrity (OEI) is responsible for upholding public trust through ethics oversight, including conflict of interest reporting.

Conflict of interest reporting identify and address financial interests or outside activities that could affect, or appear to affect, the impartiality of FDA employees’ work. OEI manages the end-to-end financial disclosure and conflict of interest pipeline for the entire FDA workforce: intake and validation, cross-system reconciliation, reporting to leadership, and disclosure to the public.
