About CMS SPARC

The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a 10-year, $25 billion ceiling indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). SPARC is available to all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions.

SPARC provides end-to-end information technology solutions and offers significant contractual advantages for government buyers, including shortened procurement lead-time, no administrative fees on task orders, and sole-source authority for task orders under $4 million to Strategi.

Receive ordering guidance

We provide vehicle-specific ordering instructions, sample scope language, labor categories, and rough order of magnitude cost.

03

Submit RFQ / task order

We will put you in touch with the appropriate Government contracting support team which will issue the order per vehicle procedures. We respond within 3-5 days.

04

Award + kickoff

Once awarded, we mobilize within approximately 2 weeks. All required contract administration artifacts provided.
